Committed. Resilient. Together.

Beginner? We have beginner teams in every age group!
Mission: Continue to bring new voltage to Northern Colorado. Growing the game is our passion, and building great people is our mission. Northern Power has been established to provide growth, prevalence, and community for players of all ages and experience levels in Fort Collins, Windsor, Loveland, and other surrounding areas.
The Northern Power blueprint contains three pillars: Committed, Resilient, and Together. We believe that these pillars and the specific behaviors associated with them dictate success in lacrosse and all aspects of life. We emphasize the blueprint regularly and reinforce it through numerous character workshops and leadership seminars throughout the year.
We pride ourselves on having the best coaches in the state! All coaches are trained in the NP Curriculum, and the majority of coaches have high-level playing and coaching experience. We choose to coach through inspiration and rewarding excellence rather than demanding obedience. We lean on the Power Blueprint of Committed, Resilient, and Together to guide our teams to be Better Players and Better People.

AYL Game Schedule:
The league released the game schedule late Sunday night (3/9). Please note that games are subject to change, so we advise checking every week and not putting all of your team's games in your calendar all at once. These changes happen often, so we suggest checking the website before every weekend to ensure you are at the right location and time.
- Playoffs: 5/10 & 5/11
- The playoffs will be on the weekend of 5/10. In past years, the 1st—5th grades played on Saturday, and the 6th—8th played on Sundays. The league has yet to release which ages will play which day, so please anticipate that it can be either. The championships will be next weekend.
- Championships: 5/17 & 5/18
Additional Tournament: Boys Power Select Teams will be attending an additional tournament called the Steamboat Classic during Memorial Day Weekend

2025 Spring Age Groupings:
We use a grade-based system instead of birthdays for teams. Grade is indicated by the year a player will graduate high school.
2036 (1st Grade) - 2029 (8th Grade)
* 9th graders are not eligible to participate in the spring season
*2036 and 2035 players may be grouped depending on how the league aligns their divisions
*Please note that age groupings are subject to change based on the policies of the league in which we play. Grouping players by grade has been a widely voted-on topic.
Refunds: Up until the start of the season, refunds for medical reasons will be honored in full, minus service fees.
Refunds without a doctor's note (minus service fees):
- Full refunds until January 13th.
- 50% refund January 14th-February 1st
- No refunds after February 1st
