Get ready to take your lacrosse game to the next level with Northern Power Skills Sessions this December! These sessions are designed for beginner and intermediate players, but all skill levels are welcome! Our skills sessions will introduce key fundamentals, improve individual technique, and build strong lacrosse habits in a fun, high-energy environment.
Led by experienced coaches, these skills sessions are a perfect winter tune-up for those new to the sport or looking to sharpen their skills before spring. Players will receive focused instruction in stickwork, movement, and game awareness while learning to play confidently and purposefully.

Dates -- Mondays and Wednesdays:
12/1, 12/3, 12/8, 12/10, 12/15, 12/17
- 1st-5th | 5:30-7:00 p.m.
- 6th-8th | 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Price: $175 -- (6x Sessions at $30/session) --
Space is limited! Registration will be first-come, first-served due to the indoor facility size.
